The Hampton Commons Board of TrusteesThe Hampton Commons Board of Trustees is comprised of five people elected by the homeowners, each to a three-year term. Elections are held every year in August. Our board members are members of the community who have volunteered their time to get things done for you. To efficiently manage the day-to-day affairs of the community, they have hired a management company for you to call when you have a problem or need a question answered which relates to Hampton Commons. If you need to bring something to the board's attention, please contact the management company. You must ask in advance to have your concern placed on the agenda to have it discussed at a board meeting. Meet the Board!Public board meetings are held in the club house at 7:30 PM on the fourth Tuesday evening of every month except December. If that Tuesday is an election day, the meeting will take place on Wednesday, instead. During the board meeting, the board acts on matters of concern to the entire community. Issues affecting just one unit may be discussed while the board is in private session. Your participation is most welcome!For a list of current board members, please contact the management company. Minutes of Board Meetings: Due to liability for an Advertising Injury Claim and at the advise of the Association's legal counsel and insurance carrier the minutes of the Hampton Commons Board of Trustees Meetings have been removed from the website.
